Last winter my son was enrolled in the program you all have to offer. He was, let me say, extremely slow in his 20 time, his burst was sluggish, an his leg strength was poor. After your program I did see an improvement in his speed and his leg strength and his ability to keep up with the "rest of the boys."

"My son, Jake, just finished the program to improve speed this past weekend. I wanted to send you this note to let you know how pleased I am with the results.
The physical results were substantial - 0.26 seconds off his 40, +2.5 inches on his vertical, and 0.22 seconds off his shuttle. The significant thing about these improvements is this - Jake was already an accomplished athlete, a 3 sport starter (football, basketball, & baseball) at a 5A school.
Beyond these measurable improvements, Jake received benefits we hadn't anticipated. The confidence he has gained from this program has been incredible! As a result he has become more of a leader to his teammates. We're now in the midst of baseball season and he's having his best season ever by far.

Erin had her first soccer game last night since finishing her speed training with you. After the game, a number of parents wanted to talk about the noticeable difference in her speed and quickness. I even received a couple of calls today about it. Erin has always been a fast runner, but she even got my attention last night. I told the parents about your program and I suspect they will be training with you this summer. I know Erin will. Thanks again for your help and your genuine interest in these kids.
